Yacht owners will receive notification of slip via SMS with QR CODE.

Working with Yachtvalets software has huge differences compared with other marina and boatyard softwares. With Yachtvalets, the Yacht owner has to register on the portal and has to enter yacht’s information only once. This information will be used for multiple occurrences in future for slip requests at each marina and boatyard it visits. After each slip request the yacht owner gets a slip at a glance. There is no need to enter yacht information repeatedly. He only needs to click on ‘Slip Request’ button. In a bit, Slip request will show at the DockMaster office dashboard. In, short while the location of the slip request will be printed on the cloud printer at DockMaster Office.
DockMaster Office, communicate offline with Yacht owners. About sending payments and transaction numbers. After receiving payment from yacht owners, the DockMaster office edited the list and put ‘transaction number’ in the form and pressed ‘SLIP GENERATED’ Button. Thereafter slip generation, yacht owners receive Email/SMS notification with QR CODE instantly says “Dear Yacht Owner, Your Slip Number is : YACH123456”. Next step for the DockMaster office to Check IN the Yacht.
‘Yacht Inventory Management’ system used for facility Check IN and Check OUT. Dockmaster office picks spot position from layout design and Scan QR CODE/enter transaction number. All information related to yacht will be show automatically on dashboard. Dock manager can take picture/record video etc, and submit the form. A link with QR CODE generated for yacht owners to request a yacht. Yacht owners tap on the link and can send Checkout requests at the DockMaster office. The Dockmaster office scans QR CODE/fill transaction number and checks out the yacht.
